I am using Jockey product since more than 10 years.
Recently I purchased "Jockey White Half Sleeve Round-neck Vest Pack Of 2 - Style Number 8817" online from paytmmall.com after seeing that it is listed and sold by Jockey India.
As expected the product was shipped by Jockey India(Page Industries Ltd.) from Bengaluru via Invoice: 1708144874 dt. 17.09.2017 and delivered to my address on 23.09.2017
But after opening the I was completely socked that one of the Vest was defective having un-stitched part left at front neck. do't worry quality check sticker was there. Poor quality check.
There is no return policy so not able to return it.
When contacted to Jockey India customer care there is no response at all.
Next time if you buy from online make sure there is a return option and if buy from offline market ask the seller in case of defective product if he will replace the product himself?
Otherwise you will be ending up loosing your money with non usable defective product.
