This is the 4th time, we are experiencing the internet issues. When contacted the Service center the ticket raised and a technician visit is scheduled for the next day.
Same pattern was followed in the previous issues as well, we suffer in our job as we WFH. I don't how and when are they gonna improve their Service. Thinking of switching back to ACT.
