Hi Everyone,
Since last 2 months, jio mart is constantly cancelling all my grocery orders and every time you call them up, they come up with a shitty reason " we have technical problems due to which we are rejecting your orders ". When you ask what technical issues, they simply go blank and come up with the shitty lines. Since last 2 months they have rejected almost every ones orders.
The reason for their technical issue is their cashback system using which they are trying to gain more customers but this strategy absolutely sad because customers are also smart they know ways to get more cashback and order more things from jio mart and this is where jio marts cashback strategy gets busted and due to that they are not able to sell but instead they are cancelling them out with shitty reasons.
Jio mart is highly sad and unprofessional when it comes to service or offers, atleast dmart is better when it comes to service, dmart or any other giant may screw up one or two times but these are super NUTZ.they screw up 247.
Good luck guys, I have uninstalled the shitty app now.
