Have you ever tried to use the feedback option on Jet Airways website? I found it impossible. Today I tried it for the first time to let them know about a caller from Mumbai trying to take information about Jet Airways FF members. The gent was trying to get my DOB which I declined and thought of letting Jet guys know about this. After I typed the message there came captcha. These are two separate words which we are expected to type to prove that we are not robots etc. First they are very hard to read and after few retries, if you manage to get a clear captcha the website does not accept it. So after like 9-10 tries(with space, without space, type exactly what you see, use sound instead of seeing the letters etc), I simply gave up. It seems like Jet does not want to have feedback from its customers.
