Worst experience ever. I booked an appointment for a root touch up, back scrub and pedicure. I was told pedicure may not be available. On reaching the salon I saw that a random influencer had occupied the pedicure sofa for her manicure while the other chair was totally free. Just because I have paid in advance for a 15k package, these folks think they can deny appointment with random reasons like she had booked the pedicure chair. Really! Is that even an option. Tomorrow people will block hair wash chairs for their Manis.the receptionists made no efforts to accommodate me even though the other chair was empty for 40 mins. After getting my root touch up, they ask me to go for back scrub. Like who gets a back scrub after a blown dry. Shady place that only accommodates wannabe freeloader influencers. Worst Salon ever
