Jabong is an online shopping service. It is one the most popular ones in india. However their service is not impressive if compared to one of the leading shopping sites like Flipkart and Amazon.
I like the website layout and the app layout though.
The collection and range of products is good.
Shipping and delivery service is where they lack in quality. The after sales service is also not very good. Their delivery times are way more than Amazon and Flipkart. Also the returning procedure is very slow and inconvenient.
