Full Marks. Review on IRCTC

I am using this site for booking railway tickets from last 10 months & I found it very useful.--You can plan your ticket well in advance and find info about different train going via same route -- No need to stand in queue of Inquiry or of booking.-- While booking Ticket you have option like Book only if lower berth is available or like you are booking for 2 people or more and if you want that minimum one berth should be alloted.-- While registering to site.

I had given home address as delivery address but if I want to book ticket for my relative in native place or I am in another city I can book the same by giving delivery address as other [ we need to type new delivery address for that point of item ]-- Recently I tried to book ticket where I had given condition as book only if lower berth is allocated and than I have to give Credit Card detail. I was not alloted ticket because lower berth was not available and I had been given message via email that I will be refunded full amt in 3 days.

Amount got Debited in my Credit card and I was not sure if I get amount Credited in my Card Account in 3 days so I had called up their customer card number which starts with 011 and I has been give reply that do not worry I will get full refund in 3 days.To my surprise amount got credited in 3 days and even I got sms from ICICI bank that amount has been credited.Generally it does not happen that you get amount back in time.
