By far the worst customer support ever. Why you might ask? Because it doesn't exist! If you need any help recovering your account or have other issues on the site there is absolutely no chance of speaking with an actual human. And this is a big issue because you are able to purchase goods from the app, yet if you get scammed, lose money, or something else goes wrong with the transaction you have absolutely no way of reversing such transactions through Instagram. And they will do absolutely nothing to help you out. Sickening to see one of the most profitable apps not pay any staff for email or telephone support. Absolutely horrendous!
