Infosys is one of the leading bpo service in chennai but they pays very less to their employees when compared to the other employers.
Often lot of deductions in the company almost 35% of salary will be deducted as a deduction which is really disgusting
I employed with the salary package of rs.13000 per month including my PF but my take home salary they are providing is 8900 INR.compare the difference between the gross and net.
Really disappointed with their schemes to deduct employees salary which is not useful at all.
They should look on this concern and increase the salary providing to the employees without deduction
