I have the creadit card of indusind bank.
1st of all they approved me 50k limit after using it for 2month they just reduced it f? to 35k when I came to know the limit of my card is reduced I called their customer service they have been very rude while talking to me & when I asked about the limit why its been reduced even the staff checked the system and said she is unable to idenrify the issue.
She told me if such thing has happened with your card she will place a complaint the issue will resolve in 72working hrs but the issue is not resolved later when I called up their excustive started giving me an excuse due to some internal checks they reduced my limit based on my salary even I told them what is the use of the card for me coz 95% of the current limit I have my salary she said cant do anything.
While giving the card they do many promises to their customer which they cant fullfill I just want to say just stop giving cards to the customers if they cant fullfill the promised which is been done at the time of approval.
I wont recommend indusind to anyone
