I travelled Pune to Ahmedabad by Indigo on 4-Aug with PNR: G9E18P. I had reserved seats: 1C, 2E and 2F and I was wheelchair-borne after surgery and had paid Rs. 1200 in advance. Even after that, when I came for check-in, they refused to give me reserved seats and forced me to move to Row:14. No apologies and complete rude behavior from crew and I was told that I will get refund of reserved seats. I found that seat was occupied by healthy people - so it was nothing that some special person needed(may be they just sold it TWICE to make more money).


I had immense pain during whole flight and the crew was just enjoying with no help offered. Rather one airhostess made joke when I asked for my walking stick that why you need stick in 1-hour flight and go to bathroom - continue to sit where you are!


Now, refund was also not initiated and when I asked for refund(Just rs. 1200 which I had paid for my reserved seats) to their customer care, they even refused that and said - IT DOESNT FALL UNDER THEIR POLICY TO REFUND!


NEVER NEVER TRAVEL WITH THESE FRAUDS. I have put all details so if anybody has doubt, I can show all proofs. I can show you flight ticket with reserved seats, boarding pass and they can also check from PNR number what they had done.
