In d last 1 month I have travelled by indigo fr 2 times .once frm Lokapriya Gopinath bordoloi airort in Guwahati to Rajiv Gandhi International airprt in Hyderabad.and again returning frm Hyderabad to Guwahati .initially I found d staff were pretty co-operative and taking care of our needs and assistance.my journey frm Guwahati to Hyderabad through indigo has been a decent one and especially I booked fr d window seat.and d flight attendants were okay.but my return journey frm Hyderabad to guwahati has not been a smooth one .firstly there was a lot of hustle and bustle in d check in counter and even I was facing problem while standing in the que.secondly aftr that when I boarded on d flight I could see d pale faces of air hostresses .even the washroom was not so clean in that flight.as a whole I m not quite satisfied with my experience wid Indigo!
