I had ordered a red velvet cake for my sisters anniversary as a surprise. On the day of delivery I get a call around 3 PM saying red velvet is not available and I have top select among the available flavors. The executive who had called has no idea regarding why this was informed so late or what is the difference in amount between the cakes and when the amount will be refund to my account. In some time received a mail of cancellation of the order out of nowhere. When I called back for confirmation they were rude and said u cancelled the order and when I inquired about the refund, there reply was "it will come when it will come"
Never believe in this fraud website who just cheat people for money and spoil their important occasions.
