Within 2 years the battery started to drain completely within 30 minutes.I contacted the customer care and they are not responding properly.He asked me to wait for 10 days for a pickup and and after that technician may come for pickup.Within that time frame, how am I supposed to do the cleaning and mopping? They already promised me that they will give a replacement if any technical issues arise.Moreover that, within 2 years the battery started to drain completely within half an hour.I had spent around Rs.23, 000 and getting this type of service and furthermore I have to spend the battery charges is not all recommendable.Be careful while buying ilife robotic vacuum cleaner
