As a recruiter, I find it extremely disturbing that iimjobs edits my job post titles and settings as they deem fit for their platform. Isn't there some ethical/compliance regulation, or simply some customer management or recruitment practice, that prohibits online platforms from editing user submissions without their consent?
Thankfully, there is an option to go back and edit/undo the changes made by iimjobs.
I also find it appalling that my job posts are moved from iimjobs to other partner sites as deemed fit by iimjobs, without my permission/consent. So instead of managing my job posts through 1 dashboard, I now have to manage my job posts on 3 different websites and dashboards.
Perhaps iimjobs should consider using their own website(and partner websites) to hire better product development and customer experience teams?
