TO EVERYONE READ BELOW.
I lost my job in Noida due to a Coronavirus lockdown for 3 months. I applied for job loss claim to cover my PNB housing loan EMI's.
Lombard delayed my claim process for 3.5 months, first, they told me only 14 days processing time.
My PNB home loan already declared NPA & sent me a legal notice and also harassing me.
Even after sending all documents to Lombard 3 times, their online status still shows not received. Very old system.
Then they rejected my job loss claim for no genuine reason.
I have friends who say the same thing, they are rejecting most job loss claims due to coronavirus.
Now we are suffering.
Customer service on phone and email, never helpful, or provide proper answers. They don't talk properly.
If you belong to a middle-class family, DO NOT TAKE ICICI LOMBARD.
Initially, they even lied about the 99% approval rate.
I regret taking Lombard and I'm heavily suffering.
