Unbeatable Reliability, Smooth, fun-to-ride. Review on Honda City

Writing this after over 11 years of usage(yes, same car used over 11 years)

Pros:

1. Unbeatable reliability. Not a single breakdown in 11 years. Have driven even in rural areas over bad roads, no issues

2. Super smooth engine and transmission. Buttery smooth gear shifts. Punchy engine.

3. Adequate space for 5 avearage sized adults.

4. Huge boot - swallows luggage with ease. Especially the large bags used for overseas trips.

5. Tight handling, fun to drive. Straight line stability is excellent. Decent steering feedback. Feel confident driving upto 120-140 kmph speed.

6. Value for money - after 11 years still going strong.

7. Average running costs. Services will cost about 6-7 k per year at authorized service center(2 services per year). Cost of spares is not very cheap, but not expensive either. It is not as cheap as a Maruti, but then quality is poles apart.

Cons:

1. Now missing important features(Auto climate control, etc.)

2. Low GC - scrapes bumps frequently on Indian roads
