I was using my debit card but due to some reasons I kept aside for 6-7 moths.. I didn't use that for so long....den unfortunately I forgot password... and I was thinking like dis bank guys will definitely make a seen to give me new pwd...but den I just called them they just asked my account no, customer id, n some details..day assured me dat I'll get it on my residential address.n after two days I did get it on my address..
So I was really impressed by the kind of service they provided to me... coz I really had bad experience ven I'd lost my pwd of sbi's debit card.... I've applied it before 3 months and after so many visits to the same bank their answer is same dat it is yet to come....
So better service is given by hdfc bank I believe.
