My family had purchased two hathway broadband internet connections claiming 50Mbps at different locations., They also offered a 3+1(free month) package. In each connection the problems are the same,
Though they claim 50Mbps most of the time it is way less. forget the speed even the connectivity is not stable. Numerous complaints were lodged over the months.
Each time after the expiry of 3 months they would disconnect the connection in the belief that consumer would not remember. Then after followup they would reconnect the connection that too after showing emails etc with a lot of hassle.
Tired of the completely unethical manner in which these people are conducting their business, I disconnected the service and requested for a refund. of modem deposit(Rs. 1000/-). Though they collected the modem till date they have not returned the deposit.

Hathway is a completely deceptive operator and fooling ordinary consumers regarding everything speed, connectivity, quality of service etc. Beware!
