If your internet stops working then it will never respond to you in time. And although TRAI and GTPL's own Citizen's charter has rules to provide an extension if you don't get service for more than 3 days, GTPL Customer care will bluntly deny providing any extension.
They are openly denying to follow TRAI regulations, and you can do nothing except writing reviews.
