I would like to warn people about flying go air. I had a fight from Bangalore to Pune on the 12th of april2018 at 5:45AM. I tried web checking but the website does not work.i tried the app and again could not do a check in .I reached the airport at 4:45AM and found a big queue at the lone counter at KIAL airport bangalore.there was a commotion going on and I soon found out why.the airline was telling passengers that their ticketing system has timed out for this flight even though there were 45 minutes left. I found that they sell more tickets then seats and deny passengers boarding on flimsy grounds.After much argument they did me a big favour as I was just 3 minutes late for their report before 45 minutes of scheduled departure, and gave me a free flight in the evening!.others were not so lucky and had to pay for the alternative tickets
