I went here for gel paint removal and application. I already had long nails which were square shape. I had only asked for the nails to be trimmed. The stupid nailartist shortened my nails like that of a school girl. Did not know how to file properly. Cut them extremely close to my skin. Was using hands instead of nail cutter to remove the nail. Extremely horrible and unprofessional experience. Please do not Visit this salon. The north east lady at the reception is extremely rude. Instead of apologizing she is telling me nail artist Priya is their best. Clearly their staff in untrained. Then I was told that a pedicure person can correct my nails. Isn't nail artist supposed to be the best at this. Even the pedicure person could not come as they had too many clients. Please dont go here for nails or anything else. People at reception are extremely rude and staff untrained. Also the nail work is done outside the salon without the salon ac and noisy mall. Pathetic!
