Worst experience. Review on Gearbest

Hello friends, the packaging was damaged and when I opened the box some parts were broken and I am very dissapointed with gearbest, the sites delivery service was worst and never delivered product in the correct location, the product seemed good in picture the price was quite acceptable, I ordered some products from this site by attracting its fabulous offer section but first of the delivery process was so slow, I had a very bad experience with gearbest do not buy anything from it, their refund policy is worst, I have brought a pair of shoes and they are very bad qualities, the website user interface is not attractive and the proper feelings of the ordering did not come at all, the delivery time the website takes to deliver is nearly about 2 months, so from site I requested to return the mobile but the site deduct deliver charge and refund the rupees, thank you
