I had used Express Service of gati.com service to get some household dockets delivered from Mumbai to Bangalore, to my residency. Docket no. 499112826 These People,
- Charged for 150kg weight-age, whereas they didn't measure the quantity and the quantity was hardly of 80kg. 2. Didn't deliver the dockets on time, stating House closed. 3. I received the dockets in damaged condition. 4. 1 Pen drive, 500gm almond packet and some other things were stolen & broken. 5. On registering a complaint with there site, they replied back that I should have insured my belongings before delivering it, with third party insurance company and they can take no action, whereas these policies are not mentioned on there site. Overall I'd a very bad experience.
