I have ordered a phone from Flipkart on 28th June 2018 and I wanted it on an urgent basis, as my phone was broken. It was showing a one-day delivery that is what attracted me to order this product.
Delivery was expected on 29th June 2018 and it is now the 5th of July and my product is yet not delivered. I have ordered this on a sale on Flipkart and it was the best budget phone for me. I have called them around 15 times as per now and talked to them in a very gentle manner every time.
It was very much important for me so I even begged them to tell me the address of the warehouse and asked to pick it from there. They even did not provide this. I have asked them so many time if, is there any confusion regarding address or something at my end, just let me know so that I can help you out with something.
After 5 days they told me that your pin code was wrong, we now have the right pin code and we will deliver it by 5th. On 5th, when it was still not out for delivery, I called them asked, shall I cancel the order and reorder it, as it's the sale of this phone on 12noon today.
They said NO, you need not cancel it, for sure this product will be delivered to you shortly. Around 12:30 pm, after the sale was finished and the phone was out of stock, they called me and said: "You have to cancel your order, we are not able to top deliver it". When I told them the sale is finished they said you have to wait until the next sale. I am not having any phone since 28th and they tortured me by asking to wait and wait and finally they refused to deliver it.
Worst experience till now with any shopping platform.
