I ordered a Nokia phone through flipkart on 14th November. As per Flipkart's policy the item should be delivered in 2 - 4 days but I did not receive any news/update from Flipkart for many days.
After many days I received an email stating that the item was getting shipped. The pathetic part was when I called Flipkart to inquire, there was no courtesy and no apology. For emergency needs, Flipkart is a NO NO!
No big surprise, it's India.
