I would like to share my recent experience with Flipkart. My dad who is a senior citizen order Whirlpool split AC from Flipkart. The technician came to do the installation, he did the drilling and try to install but the AC didn't work. The technician said the AC is defective and should be returned or replaced. We placed a return request on 31st Mar and it was accepted and it said the money will be refunded once the order is returned. Nobody called or came to pickup the defective product. We called customer service at 20 times and they listen to our issues and disconnect the call. We spoke to some rep he said I will fix the issue but first current return request needs to be cancelled as this will never be completed. I asked him why but said sir you want fix the issue or not. So the Flipkart representative cancelled the return request and was placing the new return request, but he was unable to do. I shouted at him and aksed him fix it ASAP. He said that he will transfer the call to supervisor and put me on hold and disconnect the call. This happened atleast 10 times. We call and they disconnect. My dad who is 75 yrs old is suffering a lot because of this incident. He is very disappointed with Flipkart as he couldn't beleive that any online company can do this. Its been 10 days the issue still persist and the mony still with flight. No calls nothing. I sent email to grievance team in Flipkart but still no reply from them its been 3 days already. Flipkart is cheating people by sending defective items and harrassing people.
