I have been requesting for the refund of my Security Amount and a ticket regarding the same is still in the open state since 15/9/2023.

I bought my connection on 15th July 2021. Since that time I have been facing frequent disconnection issues, sometimes the speed goes down and just to let you guys know I had subscribed for 300Mbps package. But yeah these issues got resolved sooner or later.
In the starting of the month of May I surrendered my ONU device(router/modem) to the local Excitel Service Provider as I was relocating to a different part of Delhi. My Local Service provider assured me that he will initiate the termination of my connection from his side and will help me get the refund for the security deposit back. But instead of terminating he kept using the internet for his personal use from my connection without even informing us.
Just to give you the background of the incident I would like to tell I recharged my Excitel connection on 25/7/2022 for 1year 300Mbps Speed the original expiry date of the plan was somewhere in the end of July 2023, but as I surrendered my router back to Local Excitel Service Provider and even though he assured that he would raise a request for termination of the connection, he still kept using it till the time I raised the termination request on my own.
After that my device was returned back to the company on 23/6/2023( A ticket was generated regarding same) since that time I have been waiting for the refund of Security Deposit amount.
Almost 4 months have passed and there is no response from Customer Support or any other team from Excitel, earlier Customer Support team(Phone Number - 01169656965) used to pick my calls but today the position is that they had blocked my registered mobile number.
I asked for help from my local Excitel Service Provider but to be frank these are just goons disguised as company representatives who would flatter you at the time of new connection but as soon as you reach to them with your problem they will simply brush aside from that topic and say that they are not responsible for this type of issue.
I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO CHOOSE ANY OTHER BROADBAND SERVICE PROVIDER instead of Excitel cause, no service provider can be as bad as Excitel, they are the WORST.
(I used all CAPS in the above lines as I wanted to shout and save you all from the mistake that I made.)
I have uploaded the photo of the same you can see that the ticket is in the Open state for -33 days. They delibrately don't want to refund your Security Deposit Money.
