Have been using this machine since the past almost 8 years now. But havent faced any serious issues except the fact that it costs 1000 a year to maintain. That too just the 2 cartridge cost. Service charges extra.
I think the newer models are the more problematic ones. But then again, what can you expect from a company that spends a chunk of their money on just advertising their products.All in all, good product with really bad after-sales service.
