Well I went there with my family dec 2008, we booked through travel agent in delhi.Over-all experience of the hotel was average, and I definitely suggest adding more vegetarian food options in the hotels menu.
The best point of my stay at the hotel was its closeness to the beach, which is very nice. But the worst part was itself the walk to the beach, from the hotel a sit was adjacent to a "shamshan ghat" hindu cremation ground, n one could smell the bodies burning, that actually ruined the my holidays moments..
Just seeing that I felt being cheated by my agent samara travels in delhi, as they promised its a best 3 star hotel at calangute beach. I would probably visit goa again, but never stay at this hotel, as whenwe reached there as compared to the same price we were paying here, wefound much better hotels in clangute n baga area.like mapple viva, , was much better option n its rates were same as this hotels.
