Received the worst service from the courier company. u f@##$ng people delivered my stuff in Calgary, AB while it was supposed to be delivered in Ontario. No one answers calls in India or Canada office and have sent emails to all offices in India, no one respond back to email about my lost parcel.
You guys are f**ed up and don't want to take responsibility and putting blames on different offices. You should close your business and work for me so I can teach you some business practices. India can never grow because people in India don't want to take ownership of what they have done wrong and and doesn't want to start investigating it.
Please don't waste your money, you will not get anything back out of them as they only are proactive active until they take the money and then they don't even answer their phone and if your lucky to get someone at their office, they will inform you that some other office was responsible for this and you will get nothing out of it.
I lost goods worth 30000 rs + courier fee and didn't get a penny back or not even a response.
