Dtdc courier service is very poor, last week my friend send a parcel from agra to me in delhi.
but after dispatch from agra I received this parcel in 11 days. there is no responsible service by dtdc, I need that parcel very urgently, but its delivered too late.
its waste of money if we take service from dtdc
I suggest to all people don't take service from this company.
I am very dissapointed, also after our query regarding late dispatched they replied that for sometime they delivered the parcel. when I cross checked the receiver details then they accept that parcel is not delivered .
hence don't trust them.
