Excellent Service. Review on Drop Taxi

I had booked a drop from Madurai airport to Kodaikanal through this site. The details of the driver were promptly sent by them the day prior to travel. We reached Madurai by 9pm and the car picked us up. By the time we reached Kodaikanal it was 1 am. The driver had zeroised the odometer and on reaching Kodaikanal it read 166kms. Accordingly I paid the driver. After returning to Chennai from Kodaikanal after some days I checked my mail and found that drop taxi had mentioned that the distance would be 120km. Google gave me the distance as 130 kms. So I wrote to them and asked them to refund me the money I had paid for 36kms(166-130). Mind you I had not taken any receipt from the driver when he dropped us in Kodaikanal. Within a few days, after making their enquiries, they promptly refunded me the money for 36kms! Super service I should say. Outside the airport cars quote Rs.3000/3500 for this drop but through this site I got it for Rs.2160. Value for money.
