Very disappointed to know that after being such a big hospital and name not able to treat the patient properly.Cafeteria is highly unhealthy and don’t provide food with reasonable price.they’ve charged masks in our bill used by their staff and to get our own samples of the test for which they charged Rs. 25k I needed to submit deposit of another Rs. 470. Doctors easily said they forgot to ask us to get the samples from pathology lab. Staff was lazy and doctors too.to do the diagnosis they’ve taken 4-5days to even know what happened to the patient. Please don’t ever go to this hospital if you want to save your patients life and your hard earned money. Would suggest Hinduja at Matunga which is a far better hospital. Hiranandani hospital costs around 10k -15k min per day. All good reviews are mostly paid hence don’t believe them.! I'm yet to receive the Deposit I paid at the time of patient admission. Its been 20 after the discharge.
