I have been using dna infotel from last 1 year. I have taken 6 monthly plan. My expectation on this is very high. But its giving low performance and lot of problems which irritating me. I have faced frequent disconnection problems many times.
Once in every 3 months I face some issue but when I used to call them they usually said that your area server is down. Wait for 6-7 hours or we will sent engineer at your house on next day. Apart from this speed is fine. Customer care service is little annoying. They need to improve customer service.
service is not good.
