Lot of finishing issues, lot of delays in getting the material. The carpenter and electrician assigned to our flat were not good and below standard work was delivered. The electrical fittings started giving problem within 1 week. There was a lot of delay and there was no site manager, which of course added to the bad finishing and delay. Some of the stuff we had to get done with our own carpenter and electrician. Ravi visits the site only once a week and has no design experience. He did not provide any 3d and just worked on whatever photos we provided as sample. There was so much lack of coordination from his side, that on the last day before our housewarming we had to clean the floor ourselves, there was still unfinished paint work, floor work, wood work which was carried on at some other site (of course by someone else’s material) and then fixed at our home 15 days later.
Do not give him money in advance as he keeps asking money to bring material!
He has no design experience and is mostly a thekedaar so trust your design instincts.
Ask for a detailed plan from him on when he can deliver room by room as else he does not visit the site. Only 1hr per week he visits one flat. Better not to trust him.
