Deodap is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is second time, that the product delivered inside the package had missing parts, making the product useless. Customer Service is worse, after the complaint is raised they take around 3-4 days to create a support ticket and then you need to keep following up on the support ticket untill they reply. Around 6-7 days are gone.
And only after 6-7 days you get to know that the damaged/missing part item cannot be returned or replaced because they need an unboxing video.
Only after opening the box one ll get to know that the items in the package are defective. Not sure the company is expecting that every time when a parcel is recieved it needs to be video recorded to open.
Customer Service and return/replacement policies are worse. Also these are cheap quality china products which cannot be trusted.
