DEN network is the WORST service provider in NCR. While the charges are less compared to Tatasky and Airtel but the connection quality and the customer service is so BAD that you would like to break the set-top box on the head of the person from whom you purchased it.


Verdict - Do not buy DEN just to save few rupees.


Customer Service person in Ghaziabad area does not know how to serve a customer. He is probably the worst person that DEN team can hire.
