These guys have worst service in India and every ecommerce company in India should end contract with delhivery. They are bunch of fake guy who have just seen opportunity in ecom biz and have opened this shop.
As per there customer care associates, there delivers agents writes fake remarks of customer unavailability so that they dont have to deliver products to customers. I have been calling them for past 4 days and every day they tell me that your pkg will be delivered today end of day but it has not reached yet. On top of this they send me update saying no one was available at my home to receive the package. I am not able to understand how in this world it is possible to make these many fake stories everyday.
There customer care are complete irresponsible people.They will keep giving you false promised and at the end customer will have to go to collect parcel at there local delivery center.
In my opinion this company should be closed asap as it is impacting indian ecommerce biz.
