Hi Folks,
Being in Maharashtra I was a big fan of D Mart. I found it a perfect super market.
A visit to swagath garuda mall changed my view.
Location is far off and full off auto rickshaw driver's DADAGIRI.
Lesser no. of Brands: For comparison we have lesser or almost nothing in plastic
Highly unorganized: Wrongly placed /Misguiding banners for price and discounts
finding staff is like winning a lottery of$0: you can't find them if you are lucky to spot one they are equally unaware of warehouse management as you being customer.
Billing is their sole responsibility: you need to buy a carrybag for INR 19 and put all stuffs by yourself. they will start shouting " madam aur billing hai udhar ja ke khade ho"
Store manager is most hopeless person.
It's a disgrace to visit a store like this with a brand name of D MART.
No matter if things are cheap the matter here is you can't find them to buy as neither you nor staff knows where they are.
