While making the wallet recharge I was shown the attached offer page - On recharging of Rs.1500, I would be receiving Rs. 399 on my next VIP membership(ATTACHED SCREENSHOT). No other conditions have been suggested on this
However when I do go to purchase my Rs 399 membership for 15 days, I am unable to get this discount. This Rs. 399 offer is only applicable on Rs.799 - THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE WALLET RECHARGE PAGE and IS MISLEADING TO THE CUSTOMER
I would not be wasting additional Rs.400 on a membership which will give me product prices higher(-20%) than my trial period(-40%). My whole recharge of Rs.1500 was a scam to trap my money.
In case a 399 discount on Rs.399 membership is not provided OR i.e free membership is not provided I am forced to legally request a refund of my wallet amount to my bank account due to misleading information and deceiving the customer
