I have a account I this bank since past 3 years.
But I nvr used ds bank or any amount in it as I nvr really needed it until demonitisation.
Whn I recently started using it, I found dt its phone banking services are not at all good.initially I downloaded it's app and tried to knw my balance but no replies at all.also tried for paytm and other services.but frm past 4 days dy r not been able to transfer amount to my paytm wallet.infact I am not evn able to pay any internet charges online.it shows pending by ur bank.
ATM service is also bad.I went to withdraw amount it showed me transaction failed for almost 6-7 times in a same day and at different corporation atms .and finally I gt my amount at one of the atms.
Customer service at bank is Ok I feel the nly better thing than all the above.but evn dt is not good but acreage kind!
I wud say everyone never evr open a account in ds bank .
