My wife is pregnant and she is undergoing treatment in Columbia Asia hospital -whitefield - Bangalore.
My wife is taking treatment for last two months.
When ever we go to hospital the front desk people make us to wait for long time.
I felt like staff is inexperienced and they are bit confused in handling the patient.
But its easy to book appointment.
Other things are OK like checking Blood Pressure, weighing weight when ever we visit.
The doctor is bit hurry while consulting, she speaks fast and it is quite to difficult to understand.
One more horrible thing is there pharmacy, there the system they are running is very irritating like taking token
and need to submit it to one counter and the billing again we should move to other counter.
Rest rooms maintenance is not good.
For the charges they are collecting they can improve the quality of service.
