I had contacted customer care of clear trip on several occasions regarding my refund from spicejet airline.Clear trip customer care representative washed their hands by saying that it is my duty to refund the money from spicejet to their account.Once it gets credited, they will refund that amount to my account.So I don't understand what is their job? Since it is my amount, I started to do a lot of follow ups with spicejet.Finally they told me that they have already refunded to clear trip account.But clear trip hasn't processed my payment till now.So don't trust cleartrip.They will cheat you.If they don't refund my amount definitely I will register a case for cheating the customer
