My savings account was in CBI bank and I have a educational loan on that bank.i use to pay the interest correctly and before the date comes automatically gets debited from account whatever amount I keep everytime they does like that and they wont mind also if it was a big amount debited I use to call customer care of CBI bank then they say a reason that my account is debited because of your loan service it was really disappointment because I would have not requested to pay but they debit by themself really bad experience and very disappointed.bad customer service I hate Cbi bank guys stay away.
Its a way of cheating people please improve your service that would be better
