Utter Fraud Service..Beware !!!. Review on CARS24

I own a Hyundai Eon Delight Plus of 2.9 yrs old and wanted to get bigger one and hence wanted to sell the car, 3rd year extended warranty as well still active. I got to know about cars24 from online ad promising the excellent quote.I went to  Bannerugatta Road, Bangalore.They inspected my car for about 30 min, there are very small scratches on my car which are very very negligable. Inspector gave report as 4.5 stars out of 5 and told that auction has already started and to wait for 25 min.

After about 30 min, one executive came to me and started explaining my car inspection report.Electical fittings and internal parts of the car is in super good condition, there are just exterior body complaints like dents(I wonder what does he mean dents.I see two pin point sized dents shown by inspector) and very very negligable scratches, he again confirmed that auction is still ongoing. He asked what price Iam expecting, I said that not less than 3 Lakhs(As I have done extra accessories fitting to my car(Power windows, Music system, Reverse Sensor, Remote central lock.etc). on hearing my expectation the executive who explained me the report gave expression that what Iam expecting is obvious.

Their drama continued for another 15 minutes.finally they declared the bid amount is not crossing 1.75 lakhs, this was utter shocking to me. The executive started explaining/convincing me that  due to GST Hyundai Eon delight plus on road price has gone down to 3 lakhs it seems(oh yeah is it so?), hence bidders bid that price. Just before starting to cars24 I just enquired about Hyundai Eon delight plus on road price.it is 4, 27, 500. I spent more than 50K for extra accessories fitting.

These guys are real cheaters.never ever dare to sell your car here and waste your time
