I have always loved chocolate and what better than chocolate mixed in milk. When I was very small and hated milk, mom used to mix Bournvita so that I drink. That time, used to have it forcefully but soon developed a taste for it and now not a single day goes when I don't have Bournvita.
It is near to chocolate with great taste. The small particles present add to the taste and should not be completely dissolved in milk. It is also very essential for an individual's growth because the vitamin content is very high. Also the taste is nice and reasonable too. It is not too sweet also, you can have it without milk too. Just have a spoon and you will start filling full.
Bournvita is like a drug for me, if I don't have a glass in the morning, I don't get that fresh feeling, also I feel hungry and end up eating junk. This is way better than junk food. Just go and have it.
