Fraud and Cheater Byjus. Review on Byju's

I was promised that I will be provided DPP and Printed Study material ie. Books at the time of purchasing my 11+12(jee-pcm) course(december-2019). However, after passage of approximately 3 months I got nothing except sd card. I several time contacted the customer care number and one of their executive ms. Kritika sharma(who sold me the course) and also sent her whatsapp message but all in vein. They were not confirm whether byjus is providing DPP or not! Highly disappointing experience. Now my 11th std. Preparation is started and I am without any reading / practice material and only watching their videos!. Disgusting and pathetic service from byjus. I am fedup with their company’s attitude like govt. Office. I feel cheated, since I am eligible for refund of the entire amount paid by me as I am not willing to continue their course sold on false promises, I have raised refund request.

So beware of these false and cheater byju’s. No body is there to listen to your voice. I experience this in the very first month of my 11th standard, imagine what would have happen if they do such things in my JEE exam time. God saved me. Hope they will save others also from this cheater and bogus company.
