I worked at Blue Dart Express part time.
Knowledgeable people with whom who get to work . Managers nd Senior Managers R extremely professional . Get to learn a lot from them . Rarely you will come across a manager who is not worth justifying his profile . Very good leadership . No stringent login or log out time.
Cons_
Some managers expect you to be superhuman at work . Saturday full day working Compensation is not that great.
Advice to Management_
Compensation should be as per industry standards_
