Hello friends I would like to write a short review about Blue Dart.
Here are some of the points that I like about them:
> They have various modes of transfers.
> Timely delivery
> Easy to track the consignment via Waybill no or the reference number.
> Great network and more branches available which makes them easy to access
Now some of the points that makes me a little worried:
> Transportation cost is comparatively higher than other service providers.
> They need to upgrade their website. I see that the website does shows all the option but all are jumbled up. Need to be organised.
> Also they need to have a check at the Customer Service staffs. I have found many times that they are very rude to the customers.
I hope my review will help others. I will surely recommend people to use Blue Dart as the courier service and I will rate them as 4 out of 5.
